The same ACS tables are used for every vintage; the survey end year yr depends on the installed EJAM release (see attributes(blockgroupstats)$acs_version or DESCRIPTION VersionACS), e.g. 2022, 2023, or 2024.

yr = acs_endyear() # ACS 5-year end year of the installed vintage
urls = paste0('https://data.census.gov/table/ACSDT5Y', yr, '.', tables_ejscreen_acs)
sapply(urls, browseURL)
acsinfo <- tidycensus::load_variables(acs_endyear(guess_census_has_published = TRUE), 'acs5')
